Down on the Mall

I met up with this family on a very rainy Saturday in October. This is the seventh year I've photographed this family and it has been so fun to see them grow. If you've been following my work you may recognize the girls from the homepage of my old website. We had a lot of fun playing in the rain and the puddles. Thanks for a great time! --sally

This year I had the pleasure of meeting the newest family member, their son. They brought out the Bumbo and I'm so glad they did. We had so much fun with it.

Family Session

This family shoot was such fun. They were so warm and chatty, we were comparing wedding and baby stories and I felt like we were old friends all through the shoot. Their daughter is just lovely and had such a pleasant demeanor through the whole session, plus she had Dad wrapped around her little finger already! Thanks for a wonderful session! --sally







Mom and Dad had to indulge me when I saw this coat, although I think it didn't go over too well with their daughter! I love the fur trim.

Fall Family Session

The mild fall weather has blessed me with some warm temps for outdoor sessions. The day of this session was cool, but not chilly, with just a touch of fall in the air. We all enjoyed being outside and playing. I got a lot of fun shots and I had a hard time narrowing it down so there are a few more than I normally post. I hope you enjoy them! --sally

I love how she's got her tongue out, she is really concentrating on checking out her toy.


She is very much daddy's little girl.


I like to get some pics of mom and dad without the kids. Often it is the first time couples have had their portrait taken together since their wedding day.
